Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via UPS within the contiguous United States.

In-Stock Items In-stock items are typically dropped off for shipment within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination and UPS service selected at checkout.

Made-to-Order Items Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted and have variable lead times depending on the specific item. Estimated production time will be noted on the individual product page. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been handed off to UPS.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Some furniture or larger items may incur additional fees. 

Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Packages Bonobuilt ships all orders with the level of coverage included in the UPS service selected at checkout. Coverage for damaged or lost packages is determined by UPS and is limited to the declared value included with your selected service tier.

If you require additional coverage, we recommend selecting a higher UPS service level at checkout that includes greater declared value protection. Bonobuilt is not responsible for losses or damages that exceed the coverage provided by your selected UPS service.

In the event of a damaged or lost shipment, please contact us at info@bonobuilt.com within 5 business days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with UPS.
